Refund Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This policy describes the intended approach to refunds for payments made through Evergreen Hub. It does not replace statutory rights or a signed product agreement. The applicable legal entity and any product-specific terms must be confirmed before payments are accepted.

1. Confirm the payment first

Before paying, check the recipient, currency, purpose, total amount, any processing fee, cancellation conditions and whether the payment is refundable. Keep your receipt and transaction reference. Do not pay into an account or checkout flow unless you can independently verify that it belongs to the relevant contracting entity.

2. Enquiry and application submissions

Submitting a contact form or loan enquiry is not itself a paid service and does not guarantee a loan or investment. If a fee is proposed for a particular service, its amount and refund conditions must be disclosed in writing before payment. This website does not authorise advance fees for loan approval or guaranteed investment returns.

3. Refund requests

To request a refund, contact us through the website contact page and include your name, payment date, amount, transaction reference and reason. Do not include full card numbers or passwords. We may request reasonable information to locate the transaction and prevent fraud.

4. Review and processing

We will review a valid request against the disclosed terms and applicable law and communicate the decision. Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method through the payment provider. The time for funds to appear depends on the provider and issuing bank. Any non-refundable fee must have been clearly disclosed and be lawful.

5. Duplicate, unauthorised or failed payments

Tell us promptly if you believe you were charged twice, a payment failed but funds were debited, or a payment was unauthorised. You may also contact your bank or payment provider. Refund eligibility and any investigation will follow applicable law and payment-provider rules.

6. Statutory rights and changes

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights. Product-specific agreements may provide additional terms, but cannot remove rights that the law says cannot be excluded. We may update this policy; the updated date will be shown above.

Important: These are general website policy templates, not legal advice. Before launch, Evergreen Hub must verify the correct contracting entity, applicable lending/investment permissions, data controller details, complaint channels and jurisdiction-specific consumer rights with qualified legal and compliance advisers.
