Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This notice explains how Evergreen Hub may handle personal information when you browse the website, create an account, submit an enquiry or contact support. The appropriate Evergreen Hub legal entity and data controller must be confirmed before the service is launched.
1. Information we may collect
We may collect your name, email address, account credentials (stored as a password hash), contact details, information you enter in a loan or service enquiry, correspondence, application status, basic device/log data and security events. Do not submit identity documents, bank credentials or sensitive information unless a secure, approved process specifically requests them.
2. How information may be used
Information may be used to create and secure accounts, respond to enquiries, process and track requests, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain records, comply with legal obligations and improve website reliability. We should identify a valid lawful basis for each purpose before production use.
3. Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with hosting, database, customer-support, security and payment service providers only as needed for their contracted function, and with regulators or law enforcement where legally required. Payment card details should be handled by the payment provider, not stored directly by this website. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
4. International transfers
Because the business references UK and US operations, information may be processed in more than one country. Before launch, the controller must document the locations of hosting and providers and implement required safeguards for international transfers.
5. Retention and security
Information should be retained only as long as necessary for the stated purpose, legal obligations and dispute handling. We use technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. The current starter implementation must be hardened and independently reviewed before real customer data is collected.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, obtain a copy of your information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to a supervisory authority. Contact us through the contact page to make a request; identity verification may be required.
7. Cookies and local storage
The site may use essential session cookies for sign-in and a service worker for progressive web app functionality. The service worker should not cache private account or application data. Any analytics or non-essential tracking must be disclosed and consent obtained where required.
8. Children and contact
The website is not intended for children to submit financial enquiries. For privacy questions or requests, contact us through the website contact page. A verified privacy contact and formal data-controller details should be added before launch.
